How i can make something like in this gallery? http://galeria.tatunews.net/ that all THUMBS have SAME size! and they have White border ;) How i can make it?

1) Thumb cropping is a feature of Stramm's modpack.
2) White borders (or any other color) are set in your stylesheet.

Your question is not related at all to uploading, so you shouldn't have started it in the sub-board "cpg1.4 upload ". Moving accordingly. You have been told about board rules in the past already, and you have not respected board rules many times over. Respect board rules in the future! I mean it.

Awwww NO NO NO! Did u see that in galeria.tatunews.net this border is in PHOTO, its not put in style.css, just its in Photo! Just in miniatures, oh my god... LOOk!

If the borders are suppossed to be applied to the thumbnails, you'll have to create the thumbnails on your client and upload it using FTP. I'm not aware of a hack that does this to the thumbail (although it is technically possible). However, I consider this a lame effect. You can accomplish the very same look by editing the stylesheet.
