Nothing to do =(
It doesn't work again =(
I'm so sad.

Izzie Stevens

I want you to know that, on my server I've another gallery that works.
This is the link: http://www.seriouslygreylovers.com/lost

I don't know if can help..

Joachim Müller

Marking thread as "solved" then. For the benefit of others with similar issues, we'd appreciate if you explained what you did to solve your issues.

Izzie Stevens

Sorry, but my problem is not solved!
I've the error again and I can't upload batch.

Joachim Müller

Unmarked this thread once more. Post a deep link to the files you're trying to batch-add that cause the error message.

Izzie Stevens

Sorry I don't understand what I've to do.
I've the same problem as the beginning. Nothing has change.

Joachim Müller

You have issues with files that you're trying to batch-add. Subsequently, you must have FTP-uploaded the files to your server before trying to batch-add them, so they must be accessible using a link. I want you to post this link (that's what we call a "deep link" that points directly into the depth of your folder/file structure). It should look like this: http://www.seriouslygreylovers.com/lost/albums/sub-folder/filename.jpg

Izzie Stevens

Uhm...
This morning I've upload some files using FTP, this is the link http://www.seriouslygreylovers.com/gallery/cpg1410/albums/EmmysAwarrd2007

I don't know is if is correct or not... I hope so.

Joachim Müller

That's a link to a folder, not a file. It returns a "403 forbidden error", so we might be on the right track. Post a deep link to one of the files that is suppossed to reside in that folder.

Joachim

P.S. You should avoid capitalization in folder names in the future unless you really, really know your way around.

(I don't think that the problem is the file, it is five days i've got this problem)

Joachim Müller

Your image http://www.seriouslygreylovers.com/gallery/cpg1410/albums/emmysawarrd2007/76786919_10.jpg
QuoteDimensions: 1881 x 2760
Resolution:300dpi
Size: 620kB
is too large in terms of dimensions. Resize it on your client before uploading.

As suggested before: fix the "403 forbidden" when accessing http://www.seriouslygreylovers.com/gallery/cpg1410/albums/EmmysAwarrd2007/, it could be the culprit for your internal server error. Probably improper hotlink protection using .htaccess.

Izzie Stevens

Ok, I'll try to resize my images and I try to upload.
I'll let you know, ok?

I hope it works.

Izzie Stevens

One moment. I've delete the album. But the server error is still there.
If the problem is only this album, why the problem is still there?

Do I have to delete all the album files? If I do it, the images, in my gallery, are still online or not?

Joachim Müller

Look into the permissions issue ("forbidden") first before running havoc and deleting stuff.

Sorry, I don't understand. My permission are 755.

Izzie Stevens

I don't think the problem is due to an album, or to the images in it, because I have uploaded the image i linked you this morning.
I have however cancelled the album we were talking about for caution.

If i cannot cancel the album within the album category , because after i cancelled it i can't see the images, how can i solve the problem?

I will give you all the admin data or tha FTP panel If i can help you, so you can look at the problem.

Izzie Stevens

For one second it has work =)
Only one second... now it doesn't work again-

I'm not talking about permissions on folder/file level (CHMOD), but about some site of access restriction imposed by a .htaccess file or similar.
