There may be one that is invisible for you, or above your webroot. This doesn't mean that it isn't there. Sadly, you have deleted http://www.seriouslygreylovers.com/gallery/cpg1410/albums/EmmysAwarrd2007/ so we can't test this further or ask your webhost the right questions. Stop deleting stuff as long as this thread is not resolved.

Izzie Stevens

Ok, you're right, but i'm freakin out with this problem, and I want to solved!
I don't think the problem is this album, that I've deleted because the problem is there since 5 days right now!

So what I've to do? =(

If you want I will give you all the admin data or tha FTP panel If i can help you, so you can look at the problem.

Joachim Müller

Don't use an FTP panel, but a real FTP app instead!

Izzie Stevens

I use FileZilla for upload my images in the album, it's good?

Joachim Müller

Izzie Stevens

Ok, perfect, one thing it's ok.
Then, what can i do to solve the problem?

Joachim Müller

Follow the instructions I posted earlier: post a deep link to one of the files you have issues with. Stop deleting stuff.

(this file is in the gallery. I upload with the batch when it was working... so I don't know which deep file I have to link.)

Joachim Müller

Post a deep link to a file that is causing errors, not one that is working as expected.

Izzie Stevens

Sorry, but I don't know which one has caused the problem!
This is the problem, I don't know! In my album all seems to be ok.

Joachim Müller

If all files that you FTP-uploaded and batch-added exist in your gallery's database, then there is nothing wrong and the internal server error only a cosmetical issue. I sthis the case for you?

Izzie Stevens

Since I've deleted a folder yesterday, in this moment all the folder in the albums exist in my gallery.
But the problem is still there, so.. I don't know by what is caused.
I repet, in this moment there's nothing wrong in my album folders.

Izzie Stevens

I try to translate what my hosting assistance said:
QuoteThe error massage is caused by the time you employ to charge the webpage. The php's timeout is 120 seconds. You have do check yours scripts.
What do you think about that?

Sami

Maybe you're trying to upload a huge folder (so many files) , reducing number of file may help you
first of all try to upload a folder with 10 files within and then put more files until you see the error
‍I don't answer to PM with support question
Please post your issue to related board

Izzie Stevens

Even if I upload only 10 files, I can't pu them in the gallery becaus the batch doesn't work.
If I upload the file in the gallery directly, not Batch it works.

Izzie Stevens

I've understand that my problem cannot be solved.
So If I want to star fresh I'm going to loose all my files, album ecc.?

I don't know which one has caused the problem  ???

I wonder if there is a language difficulty here. ::)

1) If you try to batch add just one image what happens?

2) If you get an error when you batch add that picture does it still show in your gallery or not.

3) If you cannot upload this image can you post a deep link to this image so the guys on here can see it.

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
