thumbnails on batch add question

Do preview thumbnails have to be made on batch add? It slows things up when you have to wait for pics to load. Can this be turned offf?

you don't need to wait for the thumbnails to load (speaking from experience)

you just need to select the image or images you want to be added on that page and hit 'go' or whatever.

BUT

you need to wait for OK to appear on the next page:)
