You don't have permission to access this page... After Upgrade

Hi,

I just finished upgrading from CPG 1.3 to 1.4.  I followed the instructions and ran update.php.  That ran and after completion asked me if I wanted to run the version check tool or go to my gallery.  I chose the version check tool and it displayed a page stating: You don't have permission to access this page.

I then went to view my gallery and it goes straight to the gallery page without asking me to log in.  On the gallery page where the top menu should be displayed it only says "{Menu}," with no buttons or actual links displayed.  When I try to go into config.php I also get sent to a page with: You don't have permission to access this page.

Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the quick reply.  I got the new version to work by deleting all the files and uploading a backup copy and then re-updating CPG 1.4.  Everything is up and running.  Thanks again!
