album problems

sorry if this has been posted already but i have recently had the same problem occur.

When I upload an album it appears invisible and when you click on a catagory all you can see is the pictures scattered everywhere and not the albums they are placed in can someone please help me?

When i had my old coppermine gallery i never had the problem but now i do.

We're not mind readers, so we at least need a link to your gallery for s start. A test user account with upload permissions wouldn't hurt neither. In fact, do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs and the next section named "asking for support on uploading"

well the gallery is offline because there is barely anything on it i can send you 2 screen shots so you can see what i mean.

you click on the catagory and instead of having the albums named this is what you get.

Looks like you removed 'alblist' from the 'content of the main page' setting in config. If you want an album list then put it back.

thank you for replying gusy it means a lot to me I will not be able to do any work on the gallery today but I will be working on it 2moro and will put it online for you to have a look at thank you all very much for your help I really appreciate it.
