Is there a mod out there that highlights the current image being viewed in the filmstrip?

example:
this is what i want

I'm using
cpg 1.4.13
cpg 1.4 modpack
cpg 1.4 cpmfetch
oranje theme that comes with modpack.

I'm not expecting for it to possible look like it's glowing like in my image, just something that defines the file in use.
