video uploads

hi all. i am terribly sorry for posting but i read the documentation and followed it religously and still i cannot get any videos to  play after i upload.

The gallery looks like it has uploaded the video but it's just blank. it doesn't play. When i click on the link in the albums section of my website it will then play the video.

I wonder if anyone knows anything about this. I check the settings and all seems to be ok.

Any help you can offer would be most appreciated,

Really? So you haven't read the suggestion to post a link to your gallery?

hi Joachim. i didn't, sorry. good news though, i was looking at the video through mozilla and that's why i couldn't see it. the video uploaded and is viewable but only through certain browsers. i apologise if i wasted your time. if there is a next time i will definitely read everything thoroughly before i post.
