Hello
I have a Gallery where no Registration is requiered.
But I have one Categorie with some Pics where the German Law demanding do have a Note where user have to click yes I'am at the age of 16 years. And if they klick thes they can see the Ablums.
Did anyone know how to code these?
I hope you know what I mean.

If you're a German resident, then this won't be enough: if you're suppossed to make sure that adult content can't be accessed by minors, then a simple splash screen where visitors need to confirm their age just by the click of a button is not enough. That's not a valid age verification in legal terms. Who told you to get such a silly confirmation dialog and all would be dandy?

Crazymodder

I think so because there are many Internetsites where is only a Splash Screen;)
The Photos are only FSK 16 not higher. Do you know what I have to do ?

Just because there are so many sites doing this in a similar fashion doesn't make it correct, don't you agree. For ages, German webmaster have adopted the disclaimer that cited a court order about external links. All quoted one from the other. None of them verified the bullshit they quoted. In fact, the German court order that they kept on reciting over and over on their disclaimers said quite the opposite of what those webmasters wanted to accomplish (that you can be held liable for the content of external links).
The same is the case for your "I agreed to be 16 or over" pages. The people who use it on their sites are hardly lawyers, don't you agree. True, I'm not a lawyer myself, so I can't tell for sure. But I strongly doubt that just a click will absolve you from anything according to German law.
