Cannot Batch Add

Hiya,

When I try to batch add to my gallery (made through cpanel), I get the file names and a blank square to start with - but as it starts to process the pics - I get nothing - like this:

I reported it to my host company who say:

Hi,

We could see that there is something wrong with the modules that you have configured to make the gallery work. Usually it require GD or IMAGEMAGICK. We upgraded imagemagick in the server and we could see that the site is showing the same issues. But the images load when we click the centre of the box.

We cannot support this software because it is a third party software and our server meets all its requirements. Please contact the gallery support to get this issue resolved.
please make sure that you have entered the correct path and settings and inform us if you have any further issues regarding this in the server.


I'm confused and have no idea what to do - please can you help? Thanks!

I do apologise, I've googled and found some info and changed it from image whastit to GD2.

Auto installers will often give you a broken gallery, we recommend you to install the version we provide.
