Hi!
First of all, thank all of you for this great gallery, it's awesome what can be made with it :)

Now, the bad news :S

I can't upload any image, using the batch feature or using upload.php

When uploading it regulary, files are uploaded to the destination folder, but when clicking on "next" to select gallery, the only answer i've get it's that the upload.php file it's downloaded from server (empty)

Same thing when batching, on the result column i can't see any icon, and when i click on every link, addpic.php it's downloaded empty from the server

Any ideas of how to fix it? Thanks in advace :)

Yes. We have described our ideas in the docs, sections "upload troubleshooting" and "asking for support on upload issues". Do as suggested there.

I'm sorry, here are the details

User: Test
Pw: 123456
Link: http://www.turiver.com.ar/galeria/login.php

Try to upload files larger than 600 kb, when using that user, it gaves me to download db_input.php :S

Uploading a small file worked fine (as far as I can see, since you left admin approval on although the docs say otherwise). Uploading a large file failed - I got a white-screen. You'r running into a time-out or server-sided restrictions on your server. Read up the sticky thread on this sub-boar to find out more about server-sided restrictions. Unless the server is yours to administer, your only option if to use FTP-uploads plus batch-add for larger files.

Zuker

when batching, i've got the same problem, as i said on first post

if you need, i can pm you the admin account to test it.

thanks

I don't need an account. As I suggested: you're probably running into server-sided restrictions. Please do as I suggested and read up the sticky.

i think that it's all setted fine, check my phpinfo
http://www.turiver.com.ar/phpinfo.php :S

Zuker

sorry for bumping up this topic, but everything inside the sticky post it's setted fine (i think) and i've still got this problem :(

any ideas?

You are probably hitting the 8MB memory limit. Nothing we can do about that.

Zuker

with 16 MB everything it's working fine :D thanks!
