Edit the {GALLERY} and {ADMIN_MENU} files

Hel. Which file is the {GALLERY} file? I would like to do some changes in it and it would take years to go through all the files to find out which one it is.
Plz help.
Oh, and in which file is the Powered By Coppermine message? That msg looks lame in my webdesign so It would be great to delete it.
I think it's in the {ADMIN_MENU} byt not sure.
Please help me with this.

{GALLERY} isn't a single replacement, many things are appended to each other to make up the gallery hook replacement.

You can change the look of the powered by message simply by editing the css class "footer" in your theme's css file.

Ok thanks. But I can't get r id of the footer in that way. Just change the color and text px. So in which file is the footer so I can delete it?
I mean it must be somewhere.

Yep, it is somwhere, but obfuscated.
Dev team won't help you remove it.

You're not allowed to remove that line - it's part of the coppermine license that the footer must remain visible. You're not allowed to use coppermine with that line removed. Additionally, you won't get any support on the board if you remove it. Read the license disclaimer in the docs, especially http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#copyright_additional_preservation
I find it very lame of you to ask how to remove that line, particularly since this is already covered in http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/faq.htm#editCopyrights - I'm locking this thread.
The fact that you're asking those questions shows that you haven't read the docs nor searched the board thoroughly - if you had done so, you would have found out that the {GALLERY}-token is a separator that is being replaced in several files.

It's a matter of ethics mainly to keep the "Powered by Coppermine" footer - it's little to ask for, considering that you get a thoroughly-designed gallery application that contains thousands and thousands of lines of code that equals thousands of hours spent by the devs creating the gallery and making it the application it currently is. If you can't live with the footer, don't use coppermine in the first place.

@devs: don't play nice with people who want to get rid of the footer - it's illegal and ethically wrong; don't encourage people to get rid of it. A harsh reply is the only appropriate answer given to such requests.

@everyone: the place where footer is injected is being obfuscated on purpose. If you have the skills to figure it out - fine. But don't tell lame newbies how to remove it. So don't!
