[Solved]: Error Adding Files

Hi i get a "Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image." error when i try to add a new image or batch add images. i have checked file permissions etc and checked through the trouble shooting on this site as much as i understand.

I have the exact same instalon another site and it works fine.

Make sure that you have set the method for image resizing in coppermine's config to a library that you actually have available. If this doesn't help you, do exactly as suggested in the docs, section "upload troublehooting" and "asking for support on upload issues".

Ahh, your absolutely correct the resizing method was not available, all fixed.

Thanks for the resolution.  I have been working on this problems on and off for several days.  Once I change the setting from '1' to a valid setting, everything worked.
