[1.3.4] Some questions (comments, rating, thumbnails)

I have some questions about Coppermine photo gallery 1.3.4 which must be solved.

1. How can I hide thumbnail's images at the ALBUM PAGE (thumbnails.php)?
I need to leave there only a titles of the photos, and titles must be a link.

2. How deny the comments for all users? And remove link to the "Last comments" from menu

3. How to off rating system? And remove link to the "Top rated" from menu

4. How remove buttons at the top of every picture (displayimage.php)?

There is no support for Coppermine 1.3. Upgrade. Also, one question per thread and read the manual/search the board before posting.
