I am having the same problems as many others.  I can't upload files.  I I have read docs and followed it to the letter.  I have been all over this forum with no solution.  Trust me I have tried everything so please don't re-direct me to docs or elsewhere.

I have set up a test account.

Please can anyone help as I now suspect this should be reported as a major bug.

I did include the debug info but got the message "The message exceeds the maximum allowed length (20000 characters)."

What do you have set in config for 'Max width or height of an intermediate picture/video'?

Hi Nibbler

It is set at "1".  Does sound a bit dodgy that.  What should it be set at?

Hi Nibbler

Thank you for pointing me in that direction.  I RTFMed and reset that to 400.  It works perfectly now.  I'm not sure how I managed to set it to 1.  I feel embarrassed now.  Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciate that.

Same to me, here...
It was because of the last update?
Only curiosity, not in a hurry, I solved... ;)

Thanks.

No, because your site got hacked as well. Read the hack thread.
