Hi, I've check by search this error but anyone seems to have the solution.

I just upgraded from 1.4.16 to 1.4.18 and I can't upload files. I follow the instructions for troubleshooting and this is my error:

The file 'albums/userpics/logo~0.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 1

Cmd line :
convert -quality 85 -antialias -geometry 1x0 'albums/userpics/logo~0.jpg' 'albums/userpics/normal_logo~0.jpg'

The convert program said:
convert: Negative or zero image size `albums/userpics/logo~0.jpg'.

File: /home/***/public_html/gallery/db_input.php - Line: 402

Safemode is off and I'm using ImageMagick.

Let me know if you need more info to solve the issue.

Make sure your image dimension settings are correct in config. They shouldn't be something like 1 or 0.

That made the trick!!!  ::) I didn't touch that when upgrading. Also didn't think was necessary to change since was the intermediate with the "1" on it.

Thanks!

Your site was most likely hacked, so make sure to follow the sanitization thread carefully - just upgrading is not enough.

This was exactly my problem, thank you. Someone put it to 1 when it should of been 400. Will sanitize (again).

Hello,

Firstly, sorry for posting this again, I already told my tale of woe in another post before I saw this one.
I had the same problem, went into config and reset the image dimension settings to 400. But the problem persists.

Where would I find the sanitization thread?

Regards,

Aidan

I told you in the other thread that you mustn't hijack someone else's thread. As well, you mustn't cross-post nor double-post. The sanitization thread is "Yikes, I've been hacked! Now what?". Locking
