Hey,

I don't create a new tread because I have the same problem.
I can try all I want, that don't work  :-\
First my problem was: The previous file could not be placed
I read the documentation, more and more and more... and NOW,
When I upload, my gallery say that:
The file 'albums/userpics/Sunset.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.
