ERROR message in user group. WHY?

Hello...
I am the only administrator and I try to make a new group or modify the ones already there and I get this message:

Error
You don't have permission to access this page.

and after that I have to log in again as a administrator .

I still can make all other functions of the administrator besides that!!

What should I do?

Can somebody help me please?

Do you have a large number of custom groups? If so, review previous threads about Suhosin.

That´s right!!! I have to many groups and I was trying to delete them and I get this error message!
I check the other posts and so I change permission to 777 in groupmrg.php but nothing happens.
I tryed to find the sushoin in inc.inc.php but I could not find.
