Need coppermine installation and a few changes

Hi all

I have a (test) gallery at:
http://www.ballonreisen.ch/phpgraphy/index.php
but want to change to coppermine now.

What i need to start off with:
- Install coppermine on server and get it running
- 2 albums 1 for pictures and 1 for videos
- voting extendet to 10 starts instead of 5 stars
- registered visitor can upload pictures and video by themself

This is all for the beginning, but there is more to follow...

Can you help me and how much will it cost me about?

Problem is partly solved........

I still need someone who could:

- change the 5 star voting to a 10 star voting
- would like to allow one vote per day - not like now - only once at all.
- increase the upload file size (maybe if possible only for Videos)

Upload file size can be set in config ("Maximalgröße für das Hochladen von Dateien (kB)").
