Cannot access gallery

I dont see someone posted this error, if they did please can you redirect me to where its at.

we cannot access our gallery. I didnt install it, I paid to have it installed. So I do know its 1.4x but nothing else.
here is the error we get
Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to database !

MySQL said: Access denied for user 'makin21_gallery'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

my gallery was located at www.makingmemoriesforyou.org/gallery

You need to correct the mysql access data in include/config.inc.php. Maybe the mysql user was deleted or had its privileges changed.

nope didnt delete Chris.globe or Midnight phoenix.

but can you tell me where I find mysql access data in include/config.inc.php

I went to mysql and saw coppermine but no include/config?

what do you mean my host? do you mean lunarpages? I am the site admin, just pay to get things installed as I dont know how to do all that.
If you can let me know where to find in coppermine back in mysql that include/config.inc.php, I can maybe check that
or direct me to someone I can pay to fix this?

include/config.inc.php is a file that you need to download using your FTP client. I'm sure lunarpages will help you fix it if you ask.

Thank you McKenzie, I appreciate your offer but the comment that you cant guarantee it will work, wouldnt help my situation as its not working now.
I have posted for hire and will see what happens and have contacted Lunar Pages.
Thank you, and I do have Mysql knowledge for the forum just never did anything but config albums,permissions etc for gallery.

I can do that for you:
Upload the CPG 1.4.19 and install it with all rights. I don't know YOUR server, only my servers @dreamhost.com and hostgator.com, so I can't guarantee , becuase I don't know your server of course. I gave you an offer to make it 100% free, I installed my gallery by myself, it work, I installed joomla, it works, I installed mediawiki, it works but I can't give a guarantee for a server witch I don't know of course.

@McKenzie: you can't perform such jobs, since you don't know the mysql details needed to do this. Only Frankieloum and the webhost can probably know the needed details. If Frankieloum knew what to do, he wouldn't be asking. Hence, only the webhost can help.
