Editing texts

Hi guys,

How would i go about changing the sentence under the link of 'User galleries', in the Category heading on the index.php page?

This category contains albums that belong to Coppermine users.

Also what button generator (and ID) did coppermine use for the buttons of 'Album List', 'Last uploads' etc also on the index.php page. And where do i go to insert an extra link (next to 'album List') after i create a button for it?

Btw, i'm talking about the rainy_day theme.
