url link in the comments

Hi All,
I don't know if it is the right forum, if it is not, please move it...thanks.

Two questions
1) I realized that if someone writes in a comment under the pic a link like http://etc... it does not appear in the comment, but it is automatically replaced by (...) as a filter.
How can avoid this to happen and let people write some useful link in their comments?

2) Does exist already a plugin or code to have for example fckeditor to write the comments to easy the life for people who want to write more detailed comments for the pics?
