URL in the image description

I want to add an URL for more information in the description of every image. When i place an URL its just text. Not clickable.

Please soms advise. Thanks

But when a visitor look at the album overvieuw en he sees all the thumbnails with description he cant use the link.. Its only clickable when he opens the photo and then uses the link.
