mtime y ctime in mysql. cpg_pictures. relation?

i ´m convert my database from myegallery to coppermine.

i need to know how i can generate the ctime from mtime.

i have mtime=20040420002056 and i want to know ctime.

i know that 20040420002056 is 2004(year)04(mes)20(day)00:20:56

ctime is something like: 1082413218 .....

what is the relation?. how i can make ctime from mtime?
