I would like my width of where I put that text to be the same as the red line above it.
I would like to see my personal background on the sides of the photoalbums that I placed
instead of the rainy_day background.

I forgot the picture...lol

You forgot as well to read board rules or the short summary at the top of the screen that shows when you composed your message. Let me quote it once more for you:
QuotePlease respect board rules when posting! In short terms:
  • Read docs before posting
  • Search the board before asking questions
  • Don't hijack threads
  • Read sticky threads before posting
  • Post a link to your gallery
  • Add attachments (screenshots etc.) instead of trying to hotlink images (usage of [img]-tag is disabled)
  • Resolve your threads
I admit that it's small print, but it's mandatory to do as suggested - we can't help you otherwise.
I can't spot the link to your gallery. You're suppossed to attach the pic, not hotlink it. So please do as suggested.

Okay well I didn't know how to "edit" or I would have.
I am sorry I didn't read. I thought I would of got a quick response for help.
That's why I asked.

I would really like help...so here's the picture.
I'm not a retard.
Redirect me to a place that can help if you cant. Thank you.

I didn't see the little "attach file"
I am not used to this forum.

http://contestthat.com/photoalbums is the link to my photoalbums.
I gave you the picture...I don't know why you have to know the link.
I just need to know how to change the width.... not anything else.

So really all I would need to know...
do you edit the template, style....what...

Joachim Müller

The image would have helped at all, as we wouldn't have been able to see your stylesheet nor your template.
Review your edits on http://contestthat.com/photoalbums/themes/rainy_day/template.html
The table that contains your navigation and logo is set to a width of 90.9 %, while the table that contains coppermine's content is set to a width of 100%. Either set the width of the first table to 100% or the width of the second table to 90.9% (not sure though why you picked such a strange width).
However, your logo is too wide to fit on most screens, so your first table will stretch and scroll bars will show. This is not a clever way to design. Use the CSS background properties instead and put everything into one table.
Please review your confrontational attitude - you're asking for help, not vice versa.

Yeah I came off a little rude.
After writing this I wasn't able to edit either. And I mean there are just tons of reasons too that you would need a link.
and just all that to save time and stuff. Because you have probably tons and tons of questions a day and it just keeps
it easier.

But I tried it and it actually worked. Thank you.
I have a few more questions, but I am assuming we have to do a diff post for each??

Yes, as per board rules.
