user manager dont show correct last visit

Today one of my users report me error in user manager,so i check and see,his last visit is reported on Jan 14, 2009,but the user comment and login every day, I search the forum and try the following things :

replacing the usermgr.php with new
from admin tools -Update database
from phpmyadmin cpg14x_users i did check,optimize,repair,analyze
but none of those fix my problem

That only gets updated when the user logs in. If they have been logged in continuously since 14th Jan then that is what it shows.

The problem is he don't stay logged in all the time i know because he using internet from his job and every day he turn of his computer.Also i know the gallery disconnect you after 1 hr if you are not active. (at least me i don't know for the other users)

The 'remember me' feature keeps you logged in for up to 2 weeks, and turning off your PC does not log you out.

i will ask him tomorrow if he mark ore not "remember me" feature.
