5 minutes of reading and 3 of installing it. No need to pay for this, it's a plugin, it means that you don't have nothing to do except download, unzip, upload to your server, go to admin panel and click on install. Is this enough difficult to pay for?

I agree with Fabricio: discussing the method of payment and coming up with the contract for the potential freelancer you're about to hire will take longer than actually applying the shopping cart plugin.
So, to answer your question: it won't cost you anything: just get the plugin and install it as you would install any plugin (refer to the coppermine documentation how to install plugins).

Gents, I do agree installing the plug-in is quick and easy. But to really get the power out of it requires Stramm's great modpack and a compatible theme. Making the theme changes (or getting one of the ready made ones) is a piece of cake.

Installing the modpack requires a bit more time and attention to detail.

Still, since it is a task about as complex as upgrading a gallery it is something that should be done yourself since it (modpack) too will need upgrading each time CPG is updated.
