I don't know what causes my thumbnails to look like this. It doesnt happen to all of them, just some. Its only the thumbnails, the full picture looks fine.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program, I've changed from GD1 and GD2 to see if one works better than the other, I've changed themes, none of those worked.

Any ideas for me?

Many many thanks

What's wrong with them, i.e. how are they suppossed to look? When uploading a 100 x 100 pixel image and setting the thumbnail size to 100, you'll get what you experience, not sure what you consider to be wrong.
The page http://tom-felton.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-8 embedds http://tom-felton.net/gallery/albums/userpics/02.jpg (100 x 100)  and the thumbnail is http://tom-felton.net/gallery/albums/userpics/thumb_02.jpg (100 x 100). Where's the difference?

To me, the thumbnails look like it has different colors mixed in the picture, colors that arent supposed to be there. If it looks alright to other people, then maybe it's my computer...

Can I edit my post? I have something else to add..

The thumbnail that you posted, to me, looks faded with a red x in his face

Can't replicate - maybe it's my eyesight.

No, you can't. That feature has deliberately been disabled.

I can't see a red X. The file format jpeg is not losless, so a slight loss of quality is to be expected. However, your originals are far from hires or top quality, so I simply can not see your point.

Maybe someone else can see what you're talking about.
