Bridging Coppermine and phpBB3 - Can not 'Enable'

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and phpBB3:
There was an error while processing a database query.

I've searched that error here as well as many other site and while I've found many people with the same message, I've been unsuccessful at finding a solution to my specific problem. Basically, I have my forum all set up and being used right now. I installed the newest version of Coppermine and its instillation worked flawlessly. New registration and uploads all work. I then proceeded to use the bridge specifically for cpg1.4 and phpBB3 ([ABD] Bridge Coppermine <-> phpBB3, v0.9.2) I followed the instructions exactly. Everything worked fine, until at the end of the directions...

it says to "click on "Finish"." and never once tells us to click 'enable' at any time. So I didn't, and it finishes, and everything is still working but no bridge. So I just figured, "ah - well I guess it's common sense to 'enable' it." so I did and that was the message I got. As soon as I tried to enable the bridge I get that error. Once that error occurs, I am unable to see or view ANY pages. Just a blank page appears that say "Fatal error :". At this point, it is now impossible to gain access to cCoppermine in order to undo the bridge. Thankfully I was able to just go backwards, (using the back button) and not enable it and just hit finish, allowing Coppermine to resume it's standalone, working self. I've completely un-installed and re-installed as well.

It seems many of the posts and threads have requested to de-bug data, so I'll post that as well - sorry for the lengthy post.

When clicking enable (for the bridge) and hitting finish, I get the error message I mentioned, as well as this Info:
