Hi,
My phpbb3 board work good
My coppermine work fine too
The problem is when is time to add the bridging integration
It try lot off time

I have the same problem as many others before. The login page takes me to the forum, I log in succesfuly and get redirected to the gallery but I am not loged in.
I downloaded and installed a new phpbb3.0.6 and Coppermine 1.4.25.

I download this bridge= bridge cpg1414-phpbb3 v.0.9.4.zip
And make all instructions for permission and SQL
after that
I uploaded the phpbb3.inc.php file into the coppermine/bridge folder.

http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,53678.0.html
I added the extra lines to the bridgemgr.php file.

This is my info:

Coppermine install: http://www.balades_mustang.isgreat.org/cpg14x
Forum install: http://www.balades_mustang.isgreat.org/phpbb3
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.25
Forum version: phpbb 3.0.6
Test user account: tester / 123456

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://www.balades_mustang.isgreat.org/phpbb3
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../phpbb3/
Use post-based groups?:  1
Cookie name/prefix: phpbb3

Coppermine config.:
Cookie name: coppermine
Cookie path: /

Best regard

Which bridge are you actually using? Mine or this "cpg1414-phpbb3 v.0.9.4.zip"?

You have invalid cookie settings on your forum. You have set the cookie domain to http://www.balades_mustang.isgreat.org which is not a domain name. Should be balades_mustang.isgreat.org

Your cookie prefix is not phpbb3_. It is phpbb3_hxzbt.

Hello Nibbler
I use your bridge modification, I just use ("cpg1414-phpbb3 v.0.9.4.zip") for instruction for SQL and permission setting to my board

I fix domain name to= balades_mustang.isgreat.org
And cookie prefix to= phpbb3_hxzbt

Now if i try to go to= http://www.balades_mustang.isgreat.org/cpg14x/index i have a 404 error

Thank for your help, really appreciate

Nibbler

I said to change the cookie domain setting in your forum. You have instead changed the "URL to your forum" setting in the Coppermine bridge manager.

...but just one more question  ::)

If I try to go to my profil at the right side in the menu

Link; cpg14x/profile.php?op=edit_profile,  I got a error 404  in admin or in user mode  ???

If you try with tester/123456 you cant see it  ::)

Big thank again

We have a strict "one issue per thread" policy that you agreed to respect when signing up.
Post the actual link to your gallery - when I try to go to http://www.balades_mustang.isgreat.org/cpg14x/ I get redirected to http:[slash][slash] my-webs [dot] org [slash] notify [slash] 1 [dot] php (link deliberately crippled to make sure that nobody has got a benefit of that) or similar pages (screenshot attached) that are actually 404 not found errors from your webhost with a lot of ads on them (which is to be expected when hosting with a freehost - you usually get what you pay for).

Sorry about "one issue per thread policy" yes I will respect it, I open a new post about my other problem error 404

Thank about security advise, I remove my tester account, I have to find why it impossible to edit my own post to fix it

Thank again for your help, have fun

Because we don't want you to edit out your postings that feature has been deliberately disabled on this forum for regular users.
