You didn't upload the js folder. Nothing that uses javascript is going to work if you do that.

I am having this same issue, and its on a brand new installation at http://diego-boneta.com/photos & I did install the js folder. It just shows it as loading/creating but nothing is created after minutes & minutes of waiting.

I'm not sure what is wrong & I have a few other sites I upgraded that have the same issue :/

I just tried loging into my account on the other computer we have at home & it DID allow me to create albums. Any suggestions on what to do so I can do it on my own computer? I tried deleting cookies, but that didn't work.

Mostly it happens for IE with strange settings. Using another browser than IE is recommended.
