Change EXIF Date Style

Hello CP-Team,

is it possible to change the layout of the EXIF Date displayed on the Displayimage.php Site ??
Actual Style is :

2010:09:06 18:26:21

Year Month Day i would like to change the output if possible like first clock then date and between a word like "on",
anybody could help which file i have to change ??

If I remember right this has already been solved somewhere. I'm currently short of time so please search the boards (maybe the cpg1.4.x and/or the German support boards, too).
