xp publishing wizard

I´m having problems to upload images throw xp publishing wizard, but it´s in afternoon and in the night. I don´t know if it´s a problem of my Internet Service Provider or the Hosting Service. Can i see a log file to know what´s the problem???

I had the same problem where it would sya the images were uploaded, but no images actually made it to the server. CHMOD the album & include directories to 755 or 777. This fixed mine.
