Hello. I am receiving emails from my visitors that they cannot access my media coppermine. Some can still browse and only get the 'Critical Error' once they click on the file they want to open. Others get it immediately after they login and try to browse. I myself and many others aren't getting errors, so I cannot reproduce it but I noticed that it is increasing by the emails I am receiving this week. I have updated the coppermine version succesfully. I've put the gallery on debug mode so hopefully one of you pro's would have a look if you can please? Http://www.simplybrad.com/bpmedia is the url. It only contains zips. I also noticed that even tho I enabled all the options available, still a lot of bots are registrating. Perhaps that is also part of the error? Just fyi.

Also, I already asked the visitors to try accessing without firewall/virusprogram or from a different browser or pc, it all didn't fix it for them. I have another coppermine with just images and that one isn't giving problems.

Enable logs in config - that will record the errors as they happen.

One of my visitors just emailed me the error, a database query I do not know if that is safe to post here. Let me know :)

Please post that error here. Have upgraded your gallery from cpg1.4.x (or earlier)?

Josan

No I upgraded it from your last patch, I'm quite secure about that :) so that was 1.5.8 i think.

Looks risky, I'll ask my host for support in this.

But, is this what is causing my before mentioned problems?

QuoteREPAIR TABLE cpg_hit_stats;
doesn't look risky imo, but okay :)

Probably. Maybe other tables also crashed and need to be repaired.

Josan

Cause you're a pro. Once googled it says I could lose stuff and all. But have asked my host and they fixed it they said. Thanks for the support :)
