You can enable debug mode manually via PHPMyAdmin. Open the 'config' table and change 'debug_mode' to '1'.

Please confirm if this is the same behavior for you while not logged in. Delete the Coppermine cookies in your browser if you also get a blank page when you visit logout.php.

Then:
You are NOT logged in AND you are in the Curve theme.

2) You try to log in from the link on the update page or this one: http://ultimate-tlc.flirtatious.org/gallery/login.php?theme=curve
Then:

Please confirm and also reply if you or your host can edit php files.

Please also note that automatic installations and updates are not normally supported, because of the types of trouble you are now seeing.

If somehow the user has logged out and broken the gallery during a failed upgrade, could update.php be slightly modified so that an unlogged admin could run it? Perhaps even under a different name (ex. xxupdate.php) before it is replaced with a clean copy?

1) Yes, I see the curve theme.
2) Yes, the fatal error page is there with the error.
3) My host can update the php codes wherever necessary.

The fatal error happened after a manual FTP uploaded upgrade.

I already told you what to do: upgrade your database by executing update.php. You said you get a blank page, I asked you to  confirm my summary, which you haven't. It seems that you're not able to give us meaningful information, that's why I want to have a look at your gallery myself.

We can't UPGRADE by going to update.php because it gives that fatal error.
