Could we use layer in theme

Hi! Excuse my bad english i'm a french guy!

So this is my question : I use in my theme the marquee <div> and it doesn't work! Why? I configure this marquee on my css but the layer <div> doesn't work!

Could you help me?

If you don't understand my question, tell me and I try to explain better!

Alors j'utilise des calques avec le tag <div>, bien sur j'ai configure en css ce tag dans mon css mais il n'affiche rien lorsque je teste le theme. Est ce que on ne peut pas utiliser les calques avec la galerie Coppermine? Les calques ne s'affichent pas...
