I have a vB4.1.x forum, and I would like to add a coppermine gallery+bridge.

But will coppermine make any attempt at using my existing forums skin/theme?

I'm awful at skinning and need to know if my gallery will look the same as the rest of my board without having to make too many modifications to the coppermine skin manually.

Thanks.

Unfortunately you'll have to create a custom theme if you want visual integration.   You can find out what bridging does in the docs here, What bridging does
Running SMF 2.1.4  / Tinyportal 3.0.1, bridged with Coppermine 1.6.25, plus cpmfetch 2.0.0
