Single Upload works Batch Upload does not work

I have read as many different threads as I could find and switching to simple upload has made my Upload a single file work. However batch upload still does not work I have tried both the browser interface and the regular interface. I did notice on the regular interface it only defaults to checked for the new files...under the browsable interface all the photos are checked to be uploaded even though they are not new. Thank you for any and all help getting my batch process to work again. It worked fine under 1.4x

What exactly happens?

I get the green circular icon that looks like a radar screen that says access denied for every photo it is trying to add.

Check the file permissions with your FTP client and set them to 777 in case of doubt.

Ok I made sure the permissions are set correctly on all folders in the CPG folder...I wasn't sure which one needed the 777...still have the same issue with uploading using batch

of all files within the albums directory.

I have the same problem. We chande the permision to 777 (pictures, album) end it still can`t make thumbnail or resized picture. In january was everything ok with the same verzion (1.5.18). Where can the problem been?

Try to change the owner (chown) of all files and folders.
