Some images are not visible.
These pictures are not visible: "albums/userpics/
And these are visible: albums/userpics/10001/
It has worked well until recently. What has happened?

I have already contacted the administrator of my hosting.
When this problem is solved, I'll upgrade to cpg1.5.20

I have received a reply from the administrator.
The cause of error 403, was that some of the files have lost their rights.
We have reset all filers rights this should result in all carbides displayed correctly.
Now it works fine.
