At album creation to it it is appropriated kategoriya verkhny level. Whether it is possible to make so that to place an album at the same time in some categories.

An album always belong to exactly one category. If you want to display albums grouped by specific criteria(s), it should be possible with a meta album (which doesn't exist yet).
