Running Coppermine version 1.5.12.
PHP Version 5.2.9.
GD enabled. Host says working fine. ImageMagick NOT installed.
PHPinfo.php seems not to have been changed since original installation. No mention of GD in the file.
-------------------------------
According to the album Administrator, he says 'When uploading I went into the pictures file which shows small icons. I decided it would be easier to view a list rather than icons so tried to change it.'

He says the net result of this is that he can no longer upload images and gets the dreaded message: 'Error executing ImageMagick-Return Value 127'. Frankly, I can't see how this could have happened. The system has worked fine for over 2 years with no problems.

Can anyone help please? It is a bit outside my pay-grade!

Thank you

Martin

It seems that you have the gallery set to use imagemagik instead of GD2. Please go into the config menu and set the resize method to GD2 - http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/configuration.htm#admin_picture_thumb_advanced_resize_method
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

Very many thanks Phill.

I really don't know how I missed this option. Looking too hard I think!

You should really upgrade to at least cpg1.5.20 as soon as possible.
