Hello all !
Maybe I'm thinking bad way ..

I have private album (Album can be viewed by owner only). In that album "Summer 2012" I have some pics tagged for example "selection1".

Then I create public album "selection from summer 2012" with keyword "selection1". I suspect some of my private protos will be publicly accessed via this metaalbum.

This way not working.

Can you help me solve this problem?  In publicly accessed  gallery I can show only really good pics for everyone, in private album I can store all pics.

Using cpg 1.5.22

Thanks for your answer and excuse for my english.

As far as I know Coppermine always checks if the visitor has access to the picture, according to the permissions in its original album. So, as you already said, it's not possible to display "private" pictures in public albums out of the box.

Thanks for answer

it is really funny ..  maybe 30 minutes takes improving "move" and "delete" functions to add "copy to album" functionality ..

Now it works fine.  Of course .. no language file updates etc, only base functionality.

Is imposibility to copy photo to other album(s) "feature" or "impotence -bug" ?

One note : security level this forum is really awful .. captha picture is uncryptable maybe one from ten pictures .. stupid four level confirming "I am really man, no robot" as in CIA archive ... masochistic forum. Bye

Bye.

On the security front I tend to agree. I have heard may a tale of users being unable to register. While we certainly do have a big spam problem I think we need to look at ways of making access easier for genuine users.
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
