Want paid help on a cpg 15x

Hi there,

I have changed my web host and now I suddenly have problems on my site, it starts with a lot of messages, that I don't understand: http://stegemueller.dk/cpg15x/index.php but underneath the pictures are coming.  The strange thing is that my former galley does work on this address: http://stegemueller.dk/cpg1410/

I have had my webhost to try to help me, but they asked me to ask in this forum. The gallery worked fine at my previous host.

That is actually quite simple to fix. Your new host is using a newer version of PHP than your old and hence the messages. Simply updating your Coppermine install to the latest release (currently 1.5.26) will fix those messages. It is something you should certainly do as there are some known security issues with the current version you have installed.

Your two hosts have different settings for warnings/notices... resulting in multiple:
"Strict Standards: Non-static method Inspekt::makeSuperCage() should not be called statically in /data/home/stegemue/public_html/cpg15x/include/init.inc.php on line 42"
type messages.

(Well - your old site appears to be 1.4 based which didn't use the Inspekt code at all... so the settings may not be the issue)

In any case, this issue is resolved in 1.5.26 (you are running 1.5.22).

It should be just a simple upgrade to accomplish following the doc in this thread:

I'd rather see you do the upgrade - and answer any questions you may have here... so you can do future upgrades... but if you want to pay for help, let me know...

Upgrade completed to 1.5.26 and resolved charset issue related to hosting provider move.
Agreed fee was promptly paid.

Hi there,

Greg was a great help for me, and he really digged deep into all the problems, I had with my galleries. Now everything works again after having moved to a new host. I would never have been able to solve all the problems my self.
