and i'd like you to make a feature that i can
add pictures to my gallery from a diffrent ftp server....
please help me....

This has been asked before: you can't store pics on another server, they have to be on the same server coppermine is installed to. Please search before posting.

i mean the path is set by config.php i know!!
but how dose it know the
ftp://ftp.myhost.com/username/cpg/

or
http://www.myhost.com/username/cpg/
its not on config!!
so were is it??

it is in the config: "The album directory", but it seems your mixing up things - you probably don't run an ftp server, so ftp://ftp.myhost.com/username/cpg/ doesn't apply at all, nor does http://www.myhost.com/username/cpg/
You mustn't give ftp permissions to your users - doing so would be an enourmous security risk (a wannabe hacker or script kiddie could take over your site in less than a minute), so the question is off topic in itself.

I don't understand your question. Coppermine stores pic info and paths in its database.

please understand: it's not possible at all to just store hotlinks to pics on other servers, the pics have to be on your server. That's the way coppermine works. I'm sure others won't have a different answer for you.

is it possible to run 2 coppermine systems and link both?
so one system will show second systems albums??

yes, but we have a "one question per thread" policy on this board. It is possible to have to coppermine installs sharing one database, you'll have to modify include/config.inc.php accordingly after installing both separately.
