[Solved]: Install Error

I have installed version 1.3.0 on and that worked fine but when I want to save the new configuration at http://www.ministry-of-magic.net/gallery/config.php I get a 404 error and go to the following address http://www.ministry-of-magic.net/config.php.

The problem is definitely not with the path to coppermine defined in config - I have checked in PHPMyAdmin that it is correct.

I am using a shared host at Lycos - is there a problem with their PHP settings?

What have I done wrong and how can I change it? Thanks for you help.
