Can't create categories

I keep getting the following error while trying to create categories in Coppermine gallery:

"Parameters required for 'createcat'operation not supplied!"

How can I fix this?

Please post a link to your gallery. Is it a fresh installation or do you have already created categories in your gallery?

Please post more details. What exactly happens at what point. Do you get an error message?
