I did search on this forum for related topic, and did everything to my gallery/album setting, but still, I can't figure out how to prevent Registered Users from creating new/personal/own album! See attached 3 pics

I am running latest version cpg, and my gallery is at http://www.xiaolujin.com/gallery/index.php

As you can see from attached, the user jxiaolu, a Registered User, not admin. (xiaolu is admin) can still create new album
