Hello;
I just installed Coppermine (1.5.46) using Softaculous. First, and only, installation of Coppermine on this site. The problem I have is that the images will not show up. The titles and file name do show. Looking in the Album/Userpics/10001 folder I see that the image is there. Additionally, when looking at the HTML source I see that the "src" command seems to be correct (<img src="albums/userpics/10001/thumb_Master_of_the_Obvious.jpg" ). I also looked to see that the DB actually exists. All the folders leading to and including the 10001 folder have permission 755 and the image itself is 644. The site is  http://dntme.com/Coppermine/index.php  It does the same in Firefox and IE. I'm using Win 10 Pro.

Thanks for any help.

The installation directory/files permissions are setup wrong. Do not rely on hosting 1-click installers to install most packages correctly.

[edit:]
On closer look, permissions may be okay ... there may be an .htaccess file placed somewhere there that is disallowing access to image files. Not even the Coppermine Photo Gallery logo is showing up. Any image file access gets a 403 error (not allowed). It's not a Coppermine issue ... the same thing is happening on the rest of your site.

Thank you very much. I was so concentrated on the Coppermine problem I had not even checked out any other portions of the overall site. Anyway, I went right to the root .htaccess file and found this in it ... RewriteRule .*\.(jpg|jpeg|gif|png|bmp)$ - [F,NC].  Not sure why it's in there but it is, obviously, related to the picture formats. Deleted it and all is fine now. I saved it in case something comes up to where it, or some variant, is needed.

Thanks again for you help.
