PHP 7.3 vs 7.4??

I have 1.6.09 on my site and PHP 7.3, works fine
But if I choose 7.4, it fails when I go in to album level, so first page and category works fine

I got this debug mess:
Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function ctype_alpha()   /wp/pics/include/inspekt.php on line 478 and that is :        return ctype_alpha($value); 

So what is the diffrence between thees two version when one works and one doesn't ?

Why I asking this are that I have a genealogypage also on my site and only works with PHP 7.4

The Ctype extension needs to be enabled in your PHP 7.4
If hosting, ask your hoster to enable it.
