[Solved]: Safe Mode Restriction

Warning: rename(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 32049 is not allowed to access /home/poohey/public_html/gallery/albums/userpics/10003 owned by uid 99 in /home/poohey/public_html/gallery/upload.php on line 2222

I followed the instructions in the doco for "silly safe" but it didn't change anything.

this is a matter of ownership (there are two different uid's). Ask your webhost for support.

I e-mailed them and it took two technicians but they finally fixed it. He told me he enabled safe mode.
